Christmas parties and end-of-year dinners in Pyrmont, Sydney
Blue Eye Dragon is a family-run Taiwanese restaurant at 37 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont, about 200 metres from The Star. Since 2005, teams and families have had their end-of-year dinners here. The banquets are the ones we cook all year, set for the occasion.

What a Christmas banquet looks like
A Christmas party here is the same banquet we serve all year, shared at the table the way it is in Taiwan. For groups of four or more there are three ways to do it. Every banquet comes with steamed rice.
The classic banquet: 10 courses, $78 per person
Beef pancake, pork dumplings, chicken bites, vegetarian spring rolls and fish fillet, then braised pork belly, steamed greens, our signature diced beef eye fillet, ginger shallot chicken, and prawns in Jade’s bloody plum sauce.
The seafood and signatures banquet: 10 courses, $84 per person
Prawn cutlets, beef pancake rolls, pork dumplings, chicken bites, vegetarian spring rolls and fish fillet, then ginger shallot fish, signature diced beef eye fillet, gong bao chicken, and prawns with cashew and vegetables.
Build your own banquet: 8 courses at $72 per person, or 10 courses at $84 per person
Choose any dishes from the menu, with up to four different mains.
Drinks are on consumption. Dietary needs are no trouble with a week’s notice.
